HYAFIL Antoine
Antoine HYAFIL is the Dean of Faculty and Research and a Professor at the HEC School of Management, Paris, where he has taught for more than twenty years. He has also been a visiting professor at the Sloan Business School, MIT, in the US, and has taught at various schools or institutes throughout the world. His areas of interest include Corporate and Financial Strategy, Corporate Valuation, and Corporate Governance. Professor Hyafil has developed and taught in a large number of executive programmes. His most recent clients include American National Can, Amora-Maille, Faurecia, Gemplus, Pechiney, Pernod Ricard, and TotalFinaElf. He has been an officer of The First National Bank of Chicago, a consultant to a variety of organisations and an Academic in Residence with Merrill Lynch Investment Banking Department.
