BESSEYRE des HORTS Charles-Henri
Charles-Henri BESSEYRE des HORTS is Associate Professor in the Human Resources and Management department of HEC School of Management in Paris. He holds the Doctorate from IAE Aix en Provence and the PhD from the University of California, Los Angeles, USA. He is actively involved in a number of international training and consulting activities in USA, Canada, Nigeria, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, South Africa, Brazil, Lebanon, Rumania, Poland, Russia, Malaysia, Vietnam, China, and Australia. His research interest focus is on the relationships between human resources management and business strategy, the international HR strategies in multinational companies and the development of innovation processes within organizations. He has published several books on these topics.
