SEMAL Pierre
Pierre SEMAL is the President and Professor at the Louvain School of Management (IAG) in Belgium. He teaches Production and Operations Management, Quality Management, Inventory Control and Logistics modules in various programmes in Poland, Bulgaria, Russia, Belgium, China. Professor Semal was awarded the "IBM Belgium 1993" prize conferred by the National Fund for Scientific Research for the best Ph.D. in Computer Science in 1993. He has worked as a researcher at the Philips Research Laboratory in Brussels and as Project Leader and Senior Scientist at the Philips Research Laboratory in Brussels and as Project Leader and Senior Scientist in the Philips Research Center in Germany.
