VALIŪNAS Rolandas
Rolandas VALIŪNAS is Managing Partner of the Law firm Lideika, Petrauskas, Valiunas ir partneriai LAWIN in Vilnius. He graduated from Vilnius University and was awarded scholarships to the Seminar for Baltic and Polish Lawyers in Copenhagen (1993), International Development Law Institute in Rome (1993), Queen Mary & Westfield College, London University (1994) and the Academy of American and International Law, Dallas, Texas (1996). He is a Deputy Chairman of Lithuanian Bar Council, Co-Chairman of Baltic Management Institute, Member of the Council of Investors' Forum, and a representative of Lithuania to the International Bar Association (IBA). He specialises in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, taxation and financing, foreign investments and general commercial practice.
