NEALE Stephen
Stephen NEALE (BSc, RSA. CTEFL, Dipl. Psychologist, Occupational Psychologist) is the Managing Director of bcs (business communication services). Stephen founded the company in 1994 in Copenhagen, Denmark and since then has delivered a wide range of conference talks, training courses and consultancy work to companies throughout Europe. Stephen is a Registered Adviser working with the matrix quality standard in England. bcs work in partnership with a number of other professional organisations in the UK and Scandinavia.
