Admission Criteria
The Baltic Management Institute is committed to the highest standards of excellence in management education. We rely not only on distinguished faculty from recognised European business schools, but also on the students in the Executive MBA programme – all experienced and accomplished managers – to make valuable contributions to the learning process.
For this reason, admission is highly selective, considering each candidate’s ability both to benefit from the challenging programme and to add value for the other participants. In fact, our student body represents a wide variety of academic and professional backgrounds, industries, ages and nationalities. We welcome applications from persons with diverse credentials.
Following are the basic admissions criteria which will be considered by the International Admissions Committee in the evaluation of each candidate:

A first university degree or equivalent experience.

Five years of successful business experience at the managerial level.

The candidate’s potential for top-level management responsibilities.

A high degree of motivation and ambition as well as clear career objectives.
