Managing People For Competitive Advantage

Management responsibilities in today's world are impacted by an increasingly globalised business environment and by social and societal issues. Whether in the management of small businesses or in that of decentralised units of large multinational organisations, supervision and development of people and their leadership skills and cross-cultural abilities allow organisational flexibility and thus a competitive advantage.
