Association of HR Professionals and BMI Hold Emotional Intelligence & Coaching Training Session

More than 150 high-level managers attended an Emotional Intelligence and Coaching training session organized jointly on Thursday by Lithuania’s Association of HR Professionals and the Baltic Management Institute.
The session was led by international executive trainer and author Mr. Stephen Neale, who lectures in the BMI International Executive MBA programme and is Managing Director of bcs, with clients including GSK, Johnson & Johnson, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Volvo, IKEA, Danske bank, SEB, Statoil, Pfizer and others.
BMI Director General Jaunius Pusvaškis made the following introductory remarks:

During the event, Mr Neale used scientific and business evidence to help participants better understand and experience how Emotional Intelligence plays a vital role in all aspects of performance, motivation and business success, examining the differences between a logic-based approach to human resource management and an emotion-based HR.
