
Award-Winning CBS Lecturer-Practitioner Mark Payne Joins Faculty of BMI Executive MBA

Lecturer-practitioner Mark Payne, who won the 2009 Best Teacher Award at Copenhagen Business School, has joined the faculty of the BMI Executive MBA programme as professor of financial accounting.
Mr. Payne studied management at Cambridge University, won the UK Securities Institute’s 1996 Prize for Corporate Finance, and has taught financial accounting at CBS since 2005. He is also Chief Financial Officer for the Baltic division of banking group SEB.
This week he completed his first intensive teaching module at BMI, where members of Executive MBA Class XI gave him excellent marks for pedagogical skills, enthusiasm and real-life relevance.
