BMI Presents: BUSINESS PLANING FOR CHANGE AND MARKET DIFFERENTIATION
14.7.2010Yesterday BMI held one of “BMI Presents:” session’s series on BUSINESS PLANING FOR CHANGE AND MARKET DIFFERENTIATION with lecturer Mr. Saulius Adomaitis, Partner in charge of Advisory at Ernst & Young Baltic. He consults national and international companies across the Baltic States such as SEB Group, United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority Limited, Fermentas International Inc., etc. Mr. Adomaitis is also one of the lecturers of BMI International Executive MBA.
The lively session focused on business planning, common problems of business planning processes and planning objectives. The lecturer disclosed why businessmen need to have business plan, how to manage with “black swans”, which are unsuspected political, economical or other circumstances, changing all business plans.
