BMI has opened registration for a high-powered Executive Training seminar about how to innovate and seize opportunities in a way that ensures you create competitive advantages and reduce costs.
The seminar will be led on Feb. 7-8 in Vilnius by Raphaël Cohen, an internationally recognized authority in innovation whose original “IpOp” model is used by companies including Nestlé, Microsoft, Sanofi-aventis, Cap Gemini, Orange, P.A.R.C. as well as banks, public administrations and non-profit organizations. Prof. Cohen heads a specialized EMBA on Entrepreneurship and Business Development at the University of Geneva and is former European MBA Programme Director for the U.S.-based Thunderbird School of Global Management.
The novel “IpOp” model provides managers and decision makers with a framework for validating the feasibility and real potential of any project presented to them, regardless of their nature. It allows comparing different project in a structured manner, allowing more effective allocation of resources and project selection.
