Jaunius Pusvaškis Named Chief Executive of BMI

The Baltic Management Institute today announced the appointment of Jaunius Pusvaškis as Director General. He takes over from Vida Bandis, who after 2 years in the top executive position will continue as a member of the BMI Board of Directors.

 

“BMI has earned a dominant position in the field of top executive formal training,” says Chairman of the Board Rolandas Valiūnas. “Jaunius Pusvaškis’ talent and dynamism have been a driving force behind the success of BMI’s Executive Education programmes, and are just what the institute needs to continue growing.”

 

“Amid the increasing competition in this evolving market, BMI has to continue strengthening ties with its academic partners and with the business community,” the new Director General says. “The goal is to consolidate and extend our position as the management advisor of choice for business leaders who seek to develop their own career, their company and their subordinates.”

 

Pusvaškis takes on this top executive position after 3 years as Deputy Director General, being responsible for the development of the BMI Executive Education (EXED) programme – in-company trainings, open seminars, client loyalty events and advisory services.
