He was followed by Mr Stephen Neale, a leading international expert on leadership for senior managers and a lecturer in BMI’s EMBA and Executive Education programmes, who gave an energetic presentation on “emotional intelligence” and how it helps each individual, as well as his/her company to be effective and successful. Participants joined the lively discussion on the importance of attitudes and emotional skills for effective human resource management with a number of questions and requests for further details.
