V. Landsbergis Addresses Alumni at BMI Anniversary Celebration

Professor Vytautas Landsbergis spoke as Guest of Honour at the Gala Dinner organised Friday by the Baltic Management Institute and the BMI Alumni Association to celebrate the ninth anniversary of BMI‘s founding.

 

“It was a really nice event, a chance to show respect and appreciation for our alma mater,” said Vilija Railaitė, President of the BMI Alumni Association. “Professor Landsbergis’s words were perfect for the occasion, interweaving business, politics and the underlying values that should motivate efforts in these fields.”

 

The annual Gala Dinner is a unique occasion for BMI graduates and students to spend a pleasant evening meeting current and former classmates as well as supporters of our executive education programmes. This year the traditional black-tie event took place at the Conti Hotel in the Old Town of Vilnius.

 

All of the participants in this year’s Gala Dinner will receive a copy of the book “Jaunimas Kalba”, autographed by Professor Vytautas Landsbergis. The book includes selected texts submitted by Lithuanian children in writing competitions organised by the Vytautas Landsbergis Foundation. Gala Dinner participants can pick up their copy of the book in the BMI office.
